We have been quiet on the socials lately due to office re-location. But it's been all go behind the scenes and a majority of our work is still in Havering ❤️
This week alone has been super busy with webinars, training delivery and lots of health sessions, mainly men's health, menopause and mental health.
The next 2 webinars are this weekend:

We decided to embrace Blue Monday with a session on Mood and Food this morning with the fabulous One Place East Champions. Then an afternoon with over 150 Havering Council staff, breaking down barriers and stigma with our online Su***de Awareness Session

The final Nutrition session of 2025 is done! A lovely group of parents at the Bromley by Bow Centre invited to be 'Healthy Together' was a great way to end a successful year educating, training, informing and supporting residents, families, colleagues and Health Champions in our community and beyond.

A special thanks to the volunteers who helped with outreach events and health talks throughout the year too. 2026 looks likely to throw up some challenges in Havering but we will continue our passion of delivering a quality, trusted service.

I always find a silver lining in every day, every situation but even I am struggling with this decision - turned down for funding a quality, informative nutrition education project that will support Public Health and the obesity crisis. But hey, if they've got that covered and will succeed in eradicating childhood obesity in 20 years' time then I'm eager to see it happen.
I'll continue to offer my free services and do my bit whether it gets recognised or not ❤️💚
