My Slimming World groups are changing!!!

New 40 minute sessions designed to motivate and inspire you and leave you feeling positive and full of enthusiasm

Lots more fun, lots more positivity and lots more learning ✅️

No more going around the room individually, no more confessions, no more panic ❎️

So if you've not stayed for a while because you don't like the 'circle' & all that goes with it!!!

Or you don't like talking in group but love getting ideas, hints & tips!!!

Or you are worried that you might not have lost any weight!!!

Come & take a seat, its all changing 👌

You can join in or you can sit silently as there's going to be lots more flexibility too ❤️

AND ALL IN A MAXIMUM OF 40 MINUTES ⏰️

So whether you are new to Slimming World or have tried it before, i would love to welcome you to one of my award winning groups for our new and improved weight loss sessions.

Tuesdays at Long Lee Methodist Chapel at 3.30pm, 5.30pm or 7pm

Wednesdays at Steeton Methodist Church at 3.30pm or 5.30pm

‘They didn’t think I’d survive. I recorded a goodbye message to my family’.

Weighing more than 34st (215.9kg), Kenny was in a supermarket with his daughter when he suddenly collapsed – and was placed on a ‘do not resuscitate’ order by doctors. But he fought back 🏆.

With unstoppable determination and invaluable support from his Consultant and friends, Kenny lost an incredible 22st (139.7kg) and has now been crowned Slimming World’s Greatest Loser 2025 🙌.
