Ive recently had the privilege of being invited to observe, receive, and facilitate with an incredible team in London — and to explore the possibility of co-creating a new transformational programme together. ✨

We began with an Egyptian-themed activation that carried us back to the mysteries and power of ancient Egypt. The feedback was profound and moving. From there we moved into a Shiv/Shakti activation, and then a powerful Shamanic activation — each one strong, each one unique, and each offering deep shifts in energy and awareness 🥁.

Every activation held its own magic and intensity. It was a beautiful, humbling day that opened my eyes to different ways of working with kundalini energy, spiritual activation, and sacred ceremony. I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity, and excited at the prospect of collaborating with this school to co-create something new and powerful in the near future. 🤍✨

✨ Innerdance Journey at Larchwood ✨

Today’s Innerdance session at Larchwood was truly something special. Each person brought their own unique energy, and together we created a space filled with presence, trust, and transformation. It was beautiful to witness how everyone moved through their own experience—some finding deep relaxation, some receiving insights, and others simply resting into the flow.

The atmosphere felt calm, nurturing, and expansive, and I’m grateful for every moment we shared. Thank you to everyone who showed up with openness and curiosity. 🌿💚

I’m excited to share that I will now be hosting Innerdance at Larchwood every third Tuesday of the month, from 11:00–13:00, starting 20/1/26.
