To all of you, ,thank you for all the love and care that you have shown me over the past weeks, it has meant so much to me 💗. I helped mum achieve her end of life goals, and she stayed at home and was cared for til the end. Her funeral was beautiful, and we have done her proud.
From next week, I am back into groups 🤩, and I’m going to start with a new member talk to get us off to a fab start! To anyone who hasn’t been in a while, come on! walk back through the door with me and let’s get cracking, start your journey again with us in group 💗 x

This morning we experienced something very special - our gorgeous member Sophia achieved her target weight. What was so special- her journey 🩷. She never gave up, never stopped believing and knew she could do it💝. Here’s her words:

Thank you Alison. Just achieved my target 🎯 weight. Took longer than expected but got there in the end 😊. Really like to thank you Alison as a consultant, your amazing. Also the group at the 8.30 Tues meeting are amazing and so supportive. Couldn't have done it without you all. Thank you all SO,SO much. Love you all ###
