Introducing Move Well In the Park.

This is a lifestyle, functional exercise circuit style program working with mainly 60+ helping to improve strength, mobility and confidence.

We work with clients post injury, pre and post opperative procedures, long term health conditions, socially isolated and those wanting to improve their physical health and wellbeing.

Join us, Thursday 9th April, 11am, Hayle Recreation Ground.

Parking avaliable at Paddys Mill Wellness Centre.

Our small group strength training sessions focus on maintaining or improving muscle strength, bone density, balance, and independence as you age.

This is about staying strong, mobile, and injury-resistant.

Join us tomorrow for our Move Well walk, an all inclusive walking and connection group, Wednesday 14th 3pm.

Meet us at Paddys Mill Wellness Centre opposite the Skate park and Texaco Garage. There is plenty of parking in our car park which is free to use. We will walk from here along King Georges Memorial walk to take in the ever changing colours and nature along the way.

Welcome back to Move Well in the Park!

This is an all inclusive FREE circuit training class at Hayle Recreation Ground, working on functional and lifestyle exercises to help build strength, mobility and condidence in daily tasks.

Jan dates are
Thursday 8th 11am
Thursday 22nd 11am

Meet at Hayle Recreation Ground near the Rec Cafe. There is plenty of FREE parking at Paddys Mill Wellness Centre just accross the road.

We will be using light weight, body weight, functional light equipment, resistanace bands to create a full body and mindful class.

This class is designed for mainly 50+ and welcomes ALL abilities. This class can be done seated and in a wheelchair, come along, see what you are acapable of, and have FUN along the way.
