🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga Camborne this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.

Parking on the high street is free after 6pm, enter at the front, from the hight street.
This class is open to over 55's and is FREE.
This class is for all abilities the focus being on linking breath with movement, however that may look in your body, if you're breathing and present its yoga.
