Our fantastic value Intro Offer is just £30 for 3 classes a week for 3 weeks. Our Hot yoga is very popular for general fitness and healthy weight management. Gentle Hatha and Restorative yoga are excellent classes for reducing stress. Yin yoga is an introduction to meditation and mindfulness.

✨ Most of us know about postural yoga, your warrior pose and your downward dog, etc.

But did you know that the postures, or asanas, were traditionally used to prepare the body for sitting still to practice the intense breathing exercises, which in turn would be preparation for meditation?

✨ Join this Tuesday for an extended breathwork and meditation session, guided in the comfort of our beautiful Moon studio.

✨ Bryony will introduce some of the science of breathwork before an extended practice, and the second half of the session will include some mindfulness meditation.
As an extra gift, you can take home a recording of the guided meditation so that you can continue your practice at home.

✨You may have felt a sense of deep peace at the end of your yoga class, adding some breathing practice ( or Pranayama in the yoga teachings ) before meditation is a brilliant way to get more from your yoga, the health benefits of breathwork are numerous and well documented while a 20 minute meditation can set you up for the week with a pervading sense of calm.
Mindfulness has been shown to ameliorate the effects of stress on the brain and can improve memory and cognitive function.

✨Bryony has been a meditator for over 22 years and is trained in Yoga Therapy and Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy.

Moon studio at Be is fully equipped with comfortable props and a peaceful ambience. Wear warm, comfortable clothing. If you prefer to journal or take notes, please bring your journal; we can also provide paper and a pen.
