✨ Activate Healing Energy in Your Palms with This Simple Qigong Technique! ✨

🌿 How to Practice:
🔥 Rub your hands together until they’re very warm.
🤲 Place one or both palms on the area of pain or swelling.
💛 Silently send a healing message from your heart: "The pain is gone—completely healed." This is not only good for pain, but also for swelling, eye problems, arthritis, etc. If you can visualize light coming out of your palm(s) and going into the area that needs healing energy, it will be even better.

Your palms hold powerful healing energy! This technique can support relief from pain, swelling, arthritis, and even eye problems.

In the middle of your palms there is a very powerful healing energy center; when you rub your hands together until they are warm, you activate this energy. When you put your palm on a specific area, it activates the energy in that area.

Using your palms in this way can help maintain health and can help heal in areas where you have specific problems. Many minor problems can be helped by doing this.

✨ Spinal Energy Activation for Self-Healing ✨

This simple movement stimulates energy along the spine and supports recovery from spinal strain or injury.

How to do it:
Interlock your fingers until the webs between them touch.
Then gently pull your hands apart — again and again.

You can go slow or fast — the key is feeling the webbing touch each time.

As the vibration builds, the energy along the spine begins to flow more smoothly.

How long:
