The hall has secure parking.

Please bring a mat to lie on or a recliner chair if you prefer,

a blanket, a cushion, some water if you require it afterwards.

Please wear comfortable warm clothes.

We gather in sisterhood to honour sound, spirit, and connection.

🎶 Rhythmic Vocal Toning – to awaken your inner voice and release what no longer serves

🥁 Shamanic Drum Journey – listen to the heartbeat of the drum and be guided into deeper realms of wisdom

All are welcome to bring their own drums to the circle. If you don’t have one, you’ll be carried by the rhythm of the host’s drum.
