One of the biggest myths about weight loss is that it has to be “all or nothing.” Truth is—it’s the little daily choices that stack up.

➡️ A 10-minute walk after tea.
➡️ Swapping biscuits for fruit (most of the time!).
➡️ Going to bed 30 minutes earlier.

Grab yourself a ice lolly mold, fill it with Greek yogurt, if you like you can whizz in some blueberries 🫐 strawberries 🍓 or similar, even a few nuts or a dollop of crunchy peanut butter if you’re feeling cheeky 😉
Freeze for an hour or so and then enjoy 😋 You might well be surprised at how delicious these are and no artificial ingredients or sugars needed 🙌🏼
