Everyday matters!!

Everyday matters!!

Today, on World Mental Health Day, we want to remind you that your life matters β€” not just today, but every single day. Even when the world feels heavy or the light seems far away, please hold on. You’ve made it through so much already, and that strength will carry you forward. You are not alone in your struggles. You are valued, you are needed, and you are loved β€” even when your mind tries to tell you otherwise. πŸ’š

Let’s do all we can to prioritise mental wellbeing, help each other and remind people they are not alone 🧑

The world is going through a tough time right now and even if you're not directly affected by events, it can still feel like a lot to cope with. It's okay to ask for help, no matter what you, or anyone else is going through.
We may not have the power to influence or change everything we’d like to on a global scale. But there are things we can do to protect ourselves and others from feeling overwhelmed and hopeless in the face of current events.
- Be Kind
- Be helpful
- Be there for someone and/or eachother
- Talk to someone
- Check on your friends and loved ones
- Ask for help
