Date and Walnut is my favourite so far, but i love a Nana cake 🥰

Dates are a great way to add sweetness as they're full of fibre which helps with blood sugar control. Topped with Omega 3 packed, anti-inflammatory walnuts and we're on to a winner 🏆

Cake for breakfast... Pimped Porridge. All the usual stuff, with a good dollop of almond butter, juicy cherries and more almonds on top for a bit of crunch.

Busy day ahead and this will keep me firing on all cylinders until lunch. As much as I could have eaten cake for breakfast today, it wouldn't do the trick come mid-morning...

Protein, fibre, prebiotics, vitamins, minerals, and deliciousness 🥰

Pink Grapefruit Pimped Porridge, brightening up my morning until the sun comes out again.

I don't eat grapefruit a lot, it's always pretty high on the dirty dozen list but I hope that peeling it helps reduce exposure to pesticides.
Grapefruit is so full of good stuff, that personally, once in a while I feel it's worth it..

Best You is 4!!

Four years ago, I launched Best You because I believe everyone deserves to feel better, that healthy employees are happier, and that there’s no such thing as a “one‑size‑fits‑all” solution.

People told me I was brave; I’m pretty sure they meant bonkers. And yes, there were moments when I wondered if we’d make it, but we’re still here, and we’ve had a great start to 2026.

We’ve been lucky to partner with brilliant businesses, work on fabulous collabs, and support some amazing private clients on the road to better health.

I’ve seen firsthand how small changes can make a big impact, and I’m genuinely proud of the work we’ve done together.

Thank you to every client, collaborator, and supporter who’s been part of the journey so far.

Not sure we'll be seeing the sunshine today, so I'm having it for breakfast 😎

Pimping my porridge with figs and walnuts, and just a drizzle of honey. Comfort food with a load of health benefits, full of fibre, polyphenols, prebiotics and omega 3s, that really will make me feel good.

Ready to face a walking meeting in the fog 😂
