I never planned on becoming a career and wellness coach.

For over a decade, I worked in the NHS as a mental health practitioner. I loved my work, but like so many women in caring roles, I put everyone else’s needs before my own. Eventually, the stress caught up with me and I burned out.

In my recovery, becoming a business owner wasn’t even on my radar. What I did know was that I wanted to feel well again and nutrition and lifestyle medicine played a huge role in that. I studied, qualified, and set up a practice as a nutritional therapist.

I saw incredible results in the women I worked with, but behind the scenes, I was slowly slipping back into burnout, this time, in my own business. I knew I had to go deeper.

That’s when coaching entered my world… and I was in love.

It was like finding the missing piece — a way to uncover the patterns, limiting beliefs, strengths, and values that shaped my choices. Coaching gave me the power to redesign my life in a way that truly worked for me.

Today, my mission is to help women create fulfilling careers without burning out. I know it’s possible because I’ve lived it. And now, I’m taking the next step in my integrative coaching business to support more women with their career, mindset, and wellbeing.

It’s a bit scary… but very exciting.

“Feeling the weight of ‘I can’t decide’?”

Indecision can be paralysing.
Especially when it’s not just about the decision itself—but all the niggling questions around it.

🌀 What if I get it wrong?
🌀 What if I let someone down?
🌀 What if I regret it later?

Maybe you're spinning out over whether to leave a job that drains you…
Or battling over a simple “yes” or “no” to meeting up with friends because you’re already burnt out.

The truth is indecision often isn't about the choice - it’s about self-trust.
The fear of making the wrong move. Of not being enough. Of disappointing others.

Here’s a simple coaching strategy I use with clients:
📝 Try the “10-10-10” check-in.

Ask yourself:
✨ If I choose X, how will I feel 10 minutes from now?
✨ How will I feel 10 days from now?
✨ How will I feel 10 months from now?

This helps you zoom out and reconnect with what really matters.
Not what others might think. But what you need—and what future you will thank you for.

You don’t have to make perfect decisions.
Just aligned ones. Rooted in your values, your needs, and a little more self-compassion.

💬 Tell me—what kind of decision are you currently circling around?

What’s it like to work with me?

Coaching with me doesn’t look like forcing change or chasing endless goals.

It looks like exhaling.

Like naming the things you’ve been carrying out loud, with someone who gets it.

Like finding your way back to yourself, one gentle step at a time.

It’s space.
To think slowly.
To speak freely.

We talk about your nervous system. Your energy. Your work.

We explore what’s not working anymore—and what might be possible instead.

It’s honest, reflective, sometimes emotional—and often a relief.

You don’t need to have it all figured out to begin. Just curiosity, and a willingness to show up as you are.

Feeling the pull? Let’s start with a conversation.

If you're living with a disability, long-term health, or mental health condition and you're in work or self-employed—this is something worth knowing.

You might be eligible for Access to Work: a UK government scheme that can fund practical, tailored support to help you stay well and thrive in your role.

This can include specialist coaching—space to think things through, reduce overwhelm, develop strategies and feel more resourced at work (and in life).

I work with women funded through this scheme all the time, and it makes a real difference. Think of it as giving yourself permission to get support, not wait until a crisis point.

Curious if you’d qualify? Drop me a message or visit the link in bio to learn more.

If you feel like you're constantly “just getting through the week,” you’re not broken. You’re overloaded.

For many women I work with, the cycle looks like this:
- Push through stress
- Say yes when you mean no
- Crash by the weekend
- Repeat

And underneath it all? A fear that if you slow down, everything might fall apart.

Here’s the truth: you’re allowed to want more ease.
More breathing space. More alignment.

Coaching isn’t about doing more. It’s about pausing long enough to notice what you really need and making choices from that place instead.

A recent client told me: “I didn’t realise how much I’d been carrying until I started saying things out loud.”

That’s the power of coaching. It’s not about advice or quick answers - it’s about space. A calm, reflective space where you can actually hear yourself think.

Most of us don’t get that in everyday life. We’re too busy doing, fixing, reacting.

But when you slow down just enough to feel, things start to shift.

You notice what’s working, what’s not, what’s been missing.

And from there? Real, meaningful change becomes possible.

Here’s something that doesn’t get said enough:

Boundaries aren’t selfish. They’re how we take care of ourselves and our relationships.

Whether you’re working as part of a team or working solo, boundaries tell others how to work with you.

They’re about being honest about what you need, so you can show up fully—without burning out or losing yourself in the process.

It’s okay to not answer emails at 10pm.

It’s okay to ask for clarity on expectations.

It’s okay to say, “That doesn’t work for me right now.”

In coaching conversations, I often hear this said quietly, almost like a confession:
“I’m exhausted, but I don’t want to let anyone down.”

Here’s the reframe: preserving your energy isn’t letting people down. It’s showing up from a place of care - for you and for them.

If your mornings feel chaotic, it’s not just you.

What if you gave yourself five quiet minutes before the scroll, the email, the everything?

☕ Sit with your tea and just breathe
📓 Jot down one thing you’re feeling and one thing you need
🌿 Step outside, even just to feel fresh air on your face

These aren’t big, dramatic rituals. They’re small acts of tuning in - and they can shift your whole day.

Burnout recovery often starts here: tiny, consistent pauses that remind your nervous system you’re safe.

Start where you are. That’s always enough.

I didn’t always know how to rest.

For a long time, I confused being busy with being valuable. Helping others was second nature. Helping myself? Not so much.

It took burning out to realise I couldn’t keep pushing through when I was exhausted.

These days, my work looks very different. I support women to slow down, to check in, and to build a version of life and work that actually honours who they are — not just what they can do for others.

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin or out of sync, that’s not failure. That’s a sign it’s time to listen in and honour what your body is telling you.

Noticing tension in your jaw? Shoulders creeping up near your ears?

That’s your nervous system talking.

One simple check-in I share with clients is this: Where in your body are you holding tension right now?

Tuning into these subtle cues is the first step to regulation. It’s not about “fixing” anything - just becoming aware.

Try it now: unclench your jaw, soften your shoulders, exhale slowly. Feel a little shift?

Tiny moments like this can create real change - especially when practiced consistently.
