Hello, I’m Rebekah 🌿
I bring many years’ experience in psychology, mental health and coaching, supporting people who care deeply about what they do, often within systems that aren’t designed with their wellbeing in mind.
Much of what I’ve learned has come from listening closely, from being alongside people as they make sense of their experiences and through navigating my own relationship with work along the way.
I’ve seen what happens when capable, compassionate people keep pushing through exhaustion.
I’ve seen what happens when boundaries blur, needs are minimised, and stress becomes “just part of the job.”
I’ve seen what happens when the body sends quiet signals and those signals are ignored.
And I’ve lived the process of burnout, recovery, reflection, and rebuilding.
Not as a single moment, but as a layered, ongoing journey.
That experience shapes everything I do now.
My work is rooted in care, honesty, and integrity. I love supporting people to create healthier, happier, more sustainable ways of working. For themselves, and for the systems they’re part of.
Here’s what I'm all about:
✨ Thoughtful conversations about work, wellbeing, and capacity
✨ Psychology-informed coaching and nervous-system aware support
✨ Honest reflections on burnout, recovery, and change
✨ Practical tools that support meaningful, lasting action
✨ Hope paired with gentle, realistic steps forward
I don’t believe in having everything figured out. I do believe in doing the work, staying curious, and walking alongside the people I support.
My offerings continue to evolve as I evolve. Shaped by learning, lived experience, and the people I work with every day. And right now, 2026 genuinely feels like the beginning of an exciting chapter.
This year, my focus is to continue supporting individuals and organisations, but on a bigger scale, to create workplaces where people can thrive rather than just survive. Where wellbeing isn’t an afterthought, and success doesn’t come at the cost of health.
If you’re feeling stretched, questioning how things could be different, or quietly hopeful that work can feel better, you’re very welcome here.
We don’t have to do this alone 💚
