Heeley Plus Primary Care Network Heeley Plus Primary Care Network is a group of 7 practices in Sheffield who serve a population of around 40,000 patients.

We are an active network who is currently engaged in work with our local health and social care organisations to help our patients.

You may have seen on the news and social media that trizepatide (mounjaro) is now being prescribed on the NHS to help people lose weight.

Please be advised that it is not yet available in South Yorkshire,
And due to the strict rules set by the NHS not all patients wanting it will meet the criteria.

In the meantime you can contact your general practices and ask for support with your weight loss through a range of different networks offered by the Primary Care Network, such as health coaches and social prescribers to get involved with activities.

We will keep you updated of any changes.
