Excited to share that I’m now a Level 3 Mat & Reformer Pilates Instructor ✨

This journey has always been about evolving, learning, and finding new ways to support the people I work with. Adding Pilates to my coaching toolkit means I can help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with more confidence and control.

I’m a big believer in diversifying your skills and never standing still — growth happens when you keep showing up, even as a beginner again.

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, drained or just a bit ‘meh’ recently - get yourself out and focus on something completely different or new. I reluctantly went to the indoor climbing wall & bouldering (I am terrified of heights). However , just pushing myself to have the courage, to move my body, to do something completely different, changed my whole energy. Try something new, push yourself out of your comfort zone, re-focus your energy and note how you feel. Any movement can be self-care. Challenge can be healing. And feeling strong again can shift everything. It did for me :)

After just by chance discovering I had osteoporosis at the age of 40, I have been consistently following the research into bone health, particularly through the menopause transition. I was scared to death of the thought of losing my independence or being a burden to my family. Thankfully, there are ways to increase bone density and bone health - even if you have osteoporosis and these are some of the things I have put in place:
