Who’s that little face in the window? 🐶

If you’ve ever visited my home clinic, you might have spotted a wagging tail and a pair of curious eyes watching from the window. That’s Teddy.

For those who love dogs, he’s always happy to say hello. For those who aren’t quite as keen — don’t worry at all. Teddy doesn’t bark, doesn’t come near the clinic room, and keeps a respectful distance.

He’s the gentlest little soul, full of quiet love, and happiest simply knowing his people are close by. For three years now, he’s brought so much warmth and love into our family 🐾❤️

Ageing & the lower face –What’s really happening?

As we get older, the fat pads that support the lower face naturally reduce in volume. At the same time, the muscles that help stabilise the chin and mouth begin to work harder to compensate.

This combination can lead to:
• A crease forming across the chin
• Downward pull at the corners of the mouth
• Flattening of the chin projection
• Heavier appearance through the jowl area
• Loss of feminine “heart-shaped” facial contours

In this case, we restored structure and support using high-quality hyaluronic acid dermal filler. By carefully placing product in key structural areas, we were able to:
• Enhance chin projection
• Soften the chin crease
• Lift the mouth corners subtly
• Reduce jowl sagging
• Rebalance the face profile

This is not about overfilling. It’s about replacing what has naturally diminished over time and restoring harmony.
