Over the past few years, something has become really clear…
Most people I work with aren’t just looking to “get fitter”.
They’re dealing with:
• Ongoing aches and pains
• Old injuries that never fully resolved
• Stiffness, weakness or a lack of confidence in their body
And they don’t need another generic workout plan.
They need the right approach.
So I want to properly reintroduce what I do.
I help people 40+ reduce pain, move better and build strength for life.
This isn’t about smashing yourself in the gym.
It’s about:
✔ Understanding how your body moves
✔ Working around injuries and limitations
✔ Building strength safely and progressively
✔ Feeling confident in your body again
Over the last year, I’ve taken a step back and really focused on where I can make the biggest difference.
I’m continuing my professional development and currently studying with the Movement Therapy team, building on everything I’ve learned so far.
What that’s helped me do is simplify things.
Taking the confusion away from medical jargon and turning it into a clear understanding of:
What’s stopping you moving well
What’s causing discomfort or pain
And what will actually help you move better, with less pain
Yes—health and wellbeing matters as a whole.
Your mindset, experiences and lifestyle all play a role.
But for most people I work with, it comes down to this…
Confidence in movement
Knowing what works for YOUR body
Not following generic approaches
Everything I offer now reflects that:
• Movement & rehab coaching (1-2-1)
• Clinical Pilates
• Small group training (done properly)
• Sports therapy & hands-on treatment
All delivered in a private, supportive environment at The Lodge.
If you’ve been struggling with pain, stiffness, or feel like your body isn’t what it used to be…
