Imbolc blessings 💚

Beautiful day today gathering with dear souls to Cocoon in our circle and lean into the guidance of nature in this slow and gentle emergence from late Winter towards Spring 🌱

Soothing selfcare with pranayama, meditation, yin, sound and plenty of deep deep rest 🌟

No need to rush…. Nurturing body and spirit and the potential within… 💫

Thank you all who gathered, a special time of replenishment and new beginnings in our new home in this new year…. 😌🌱🙏

Melancholy and gratitude 💫

I’ve spent today preparing practices for a lovely Cocoon selfcare and soundbath circle coming this weekend…

And found myself feeling melancholy, sadness and a deep feeling of “missing”…

I realised how much I miss creating and sharing weekly yoga practices since I closed the yurt; and sadness in knowing it will be a while still until I do again…

I felt stuck and sad and then drew this card - with a wry smile 😉

I sat with my feelings, explored and reflected…

I accept I feel melancholy and missing right now…

I accept these feelings as signs of how much I love and receive fulfilment from my work…

I accept I miss my weekly gathering and community of lovely souls and find these times even more precious…

I accept and feel grateful and blessed to have had the passed cycle of offering in the yurt…

I accept and feel grateful and blessed to have found alignment in my heart and work in the world…

I trust the time will soon come again to express this and offer again…

And I accept this pause opens the much longed for portal for expansion and joy in my home and family life and so grateful for this passage too…

Accepting what is, feeling the whole, trusting what will be and gratitude for all the blessings 💗🙏🙏🙏

Rewards! ❤️

Cosying up at home today and I cut my son’s hair as his teacher had started calling him Sonic the Human (affectionately!) 🦔

Haircuts are not his favourite 😑

My son’s reward is CBeebies computer games and my reward is Cacao in my new mug from which was also a reward for working hard to move our family smoothly to our new home…

I’m all about intrinsic motivation and acting from the heart however sometimes an extrinsic reward is just wonderful 😌😁❤️

My last fire in the yurt 🔥❤️

Feeling very emotional, knowing I need to let go to welcome the next cycle 💫

Feeling the presence of the lovely people who have gathered here and all the transformation, healing and nourishment that have been held, supported and witnessed 💫

Feeling grateful for finding this path for myself and my service - held, supported and witnessed myself by the yurt 💫

Feeling peaceful and grateful her work continues with her next guardians and open and in anticipation of all she will offer in the future 💫

Feeling the seed of my own next cycle and welcoming trust and blossoming and evolving 💫

For now the packing up is grounding and helping me process the energy of this ending and transition - handling the mats, candles, lamps, altar items that have brought and offered love and beauty - to cocoon and be stored for now…. Awaiting their next beginning…. As am I ❤️

Cycles of life 💫

The wheel of the year turns and so too the cycles of life 💫

With nearly 5 beautiful years holding space and offering sacred and nourishing practices in the yurt 🎪 this cycle comes to a close….

My family are beginning our next cycle in the new year with a move to Small Dole near Henfield 🌳

I will create a beautiful new space to continue my passion, purpose and calling in offering this loving work ❤️

Small Dole is not far - I hope to welcome you all in the new cycle unfolding 😌💫

And my beautiful yurt will continue her beautiful work in Cooksbridge with her next guardians Hayley and Joa ~ beautiful souls and soundhealers 😌❤️🙏

This year for me brings endings and beginnings and with that the whole beautiful, tender, hopeful and natural cycle of letting go, feeling deeply, treasuring and giving thanks and trusting in the potential and magic to come 😌💫🙏

Thank you all dear hearts who have been a part of the yurt and my journey so far and made all that has been so special 😌🙏

Let us trust and anticipate in all that is to come in our beautiful, sacred and precious lives 😌❤️🙏
