Seated Yoga – Accessible, Supportive & Calming
Looking for a Yoga or movement class that truly meets you where you are?
My seated yoga class is designed to be accessible both physically and financially, with gentle, supported movements and a strong focus on relaxation and calming the nervous system.
✨ This class may be especially helpful if you:
- Have mobility or balance difficulties
- Are concerned about falls
- Live with a Neurological or long-term condition (including conditions such as FND)
- Feel frequently wound up, tense, or overwhelmed.
- Want to move safely, gently, and confidently
- Would not be able to access a traditional yoga class due to physical / financial barriers.
Alongside movement and stretch, we use breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques to help settle the nervous system and create meaningful connections between the body and mind 🧠
The class is led by a qualified Physiotherapist with over 10 years’ experience in the NHS, so sessions are grounded in clinical knowledge, safety, and understanding.

🌿 Supportive, welcoming environment.
