Friday marks the spring equinox ~ a powerful shift from dark to light as we step into this next chapter of the year.

We’ll move off the stagnant, shift our energies and set new intentions to mark this moment so we can move forward with clarity and a refreshed outlook.

Sacred weekend with the incredible ❣️

The realisation is strong - women are not held enough. I’m guilty of putting myself at the bottom of the pile, not voicing my needs and as a result feeling under nourished.

This practice has left me feeling connected, steadfast and like I’ve had the last few years worth of bullsh*t wrung out of me.

Thank you to all the women in the room who let me hold their space and held mine.

I’ll be sharing more about closing the bones 🦴 over the coming months and how I intend on integrating this into my offerings.

Excited to let you know you’ve got two chances to see me on a weekly basis hitchin 🌟🧘🏼‍♀️

If you’ve been to my classes before, it’s more of the same. Expect slow, intentional movement, spaciousness, true presence and bodily awareness. Maybe with a wiggle for good measure.

Place some purpose on the spring equinox this year with a nourishing evening 🌞

We’ll move our bodies, dive into the elements and partake in gentle rituals to leave the winter behind and shake off the stagnant as we move into the next season.

You don’t need to be experienced at yoga or have done hot and cold exposure before. We’ll dip our toes in together.

In two months today, I’m running my first ever event at the beautiful in Wilden, Beds.

Join me for an evening retreat of yoga, sauna, cold plunge, and intention setting to dust off the winter and make space for the spring on the evening of the Spring Equinox. The half way point between winter and summer ❄️🌱🌞

These practices are all designed to get us into our body, remove stagnation and ground so we can plant those seeds in fertile earth.

A small and mighty closing of 2025. Thanks to everyone who’s stepped through the doors of this yurt this year, it truly means the world ❤️

If you want a taste, we all answered the following questions today and celebrating how far we’ve all come this year.

What am I grateful for from the last 12 months?
In what ways have I grown over the last 12 months?
What intentions do I want to take with me into 2026?

Some gold was planted 🌱

I’ll be decompressing over December but more to come in 2026 and beyond. X

On Saturday we meet for our last Movement for Mamas of 2025! Join me for a signature session of juicy movement, mindfulness and relaxation followed by some journalling to reflect on how far we’ve come this year and how much we’ve grown 🌱

These groups have been an immense support network for me, given me purpose and driven me to provide some ever needed support to others. My work in pre and postnatal support has only just begun ✨

Our last Movement for Mamas 2025 🛖

90 mins of squeezing out the stiffness, shaking off the leaves, deep relaxation and journalling to reflect how far we’ve come and grown over the last 11 months.

A chance before the madness of December to take a breath and a pause before we plunge into festivities.

Giving yourself back some self-love has never been more important as the world around us spirals, it’s easy to lose your footing.

Come spend some time relaxing with me and connecting to yourself.

We’ll move through a mix of yoga, release work and juicy flow to open our bodies and calm our nervous system. Followed by soul soothing song that brings us joy and a sense a community.

You don’t need to be a seasoned yogi or a professional singer to join this session, just come as you are and enjoy the unravelling.
