I am SO proud! Huge congratulations to Rachel and Annie who both achieved their amazing ✨ 1 Stone Awards this morning at my Tupsley group! ✨

That’s 14lbs gone… incredible commitment, consistency and belief in themselves — and it shows! 💪❤️

They’ve both made brilliant choices week after week, trusted the plan and kept going even on the tricky days… and now look what they’ve achieved! Their smiles said everything this morning 😍

Things about me:

⭐ I’ve struggled with my relationship with food 🍕 and with my own weight
⭐ I started as a member, still am a member, and am still chasing to get back into target - just a few pounds to go. 🎯
⭐ I’m not perfect, and I’m still on my own journey
⭐️ I’m not a great cook as I don’t have the patience or the time, but eating healthily can still be done!
⭐️I’m a self-employed franchisee, fitting my two groups around a full time job, a family, and a very busy life - I love being a busy bee 🐝
⭐️Your scale wins and awards excite me just as much as they excite you 🤩
⭐️When you walk through the doors, I genuinely love seeing you 😁
⭐️And yes… I really do miss you when you’re not there 🥺
⭐️Helping to change lives and helping you to improve your health and confidence is what lights me up
⭐️Being a consultant isn’t JUST a job 🥰
⭐️ I love a bit of triathlon 🏊‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️
