So far in November, my fabulous groups at Madley and Tupsley have lost an amazing 101lbs between them… which is the equivalent of 200 bananas! 🍌

Hello! 👋 👋👋

For those who don’t already know me.. I’m Rachel and I’m the consultant looking after this very lovely group!

I ran my first group at St Paul’s Community Centre this morning, and wow, what a gorgeous bunch! Weight loss awards, food talk, recipe ideas, introductions, new and returning members - we had it all going on! 💖

It’s an exciting time to join or return to Slimming World, so if you’re looking for a sign.. this is it!
