Join our workshop in beautiful Herefordshire to hear from 3 menopause trained GP’s, a specialist menopause dietitian, a strength trainer, a sleep practitioner and a counselling psychologist, who are available for a one day event to help you feel empowered to live your best life and leave feeling anxious and exhausted behind!

We’ll be at Claston Farm, Dormington in Herefordshire on Friday 17th November,10-4.00pm.

All the speakers are trained health professionals who deliver evidence based, up to date information,so no snake oil in sight!!

A great day !!

Non stop queue of people having a go at throwing on the wheel, a brilliant demonstration by showing us how he throws a giant terracotta pot(45 years of practice to make it look so easy!!) and plenty of interest in the ceramics market!!

So much more going on today!!

After one of those life jiggling moments that we all need, I’m now spending half my time doing ceramics and half doing my sleep workshops….

So yesterday saw the first delivery of my pots to the most beautiful shop in Ledbury …. I couldn’t be more delighted to have my work in such a gorgeous shop (one of those places where you just want to buy EVERYTHING!!)

Thank you so much Katie and Shelagh for displaying my wares!!

They’ll explain exactly what the menopause is and how to thrive, living your best life during the peri menopause, into the menopause and beyond!!

They will be joined by other specialists in their field who will talk about mental health, sleep, relaxation and so much more.

It really will a one stop shop, covering all you need to know. Plus they’ll be plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy a lovely lunch!!

Fatigue and exhaustion are just two of many symptoms of coeliac disease that can be mistaken for poor quality sleep.

1:100 people in the UK 🇬🇧 and 1:30 people in Ireland 🇮🇪 have coeliac disease,a lifelong autoimmune condition that affects the absorption of the nutrients from the food we eat.

So despite eating an awesome diet, those with the condition are left feeling exhausted with crippling brain fog!

Throughout this week,I’ll post more about the symptoms and how it’s diagnosed and treated,so watch this space!

On a personal note, a recent diagnosis of coeliac disease is partly to blame for the wheels falling off my insta posting, so now I’m feeling better, I won’t have that excuse!!

Don’t hold your breath though, as anyone who knows me knows how rubbish I am at this game!! 🥴🙄😬🤦🏼‍♀️🤣!!
