Are you thinking about returning to Slimming World now pay day is around the corner (finally)

Are you also feeling a little anxious about doing so. I will share the words of a member that recently returned to group. I hope her words will give you some comfort

Hi Laurel, thank you for making me feel so welcome this morning.
I was nervous coming back today, and to a new venue but it was lovely to see everyone and it was like I had never stopped coming! Such a friendly group of people. I really enjoyed being back!

It is a little daunting to return to group as I felt so stupid for piling all the weight back on and embarrassed, but as soon as I walked through the door, my anxieties disappeared.

Many thanks again for the lovely welcome.
