Have you just finished your tea, and now you are sat there thinking 'I need to address my weight'?

I became a Slimming World Consultant to support people just like you. And let me share with you that over the many years of being a consultant I have supported so many members to achieve their goal weight. I have been witness to members regaining their self worth, their confidence, returning to hobbies they once enjoyed but because of being overweight they had to drop.

It takes courage and strength to make a start, but trust me when I say - the joy of seeing those lbs leave you weekly will be endless 🥰

💜 Incredible effort from our Hereford Slimming World community! 💜

A huge celebration and thank you to all our amazing members and local consultants who came together to support Slimming World’s Big Clothes Throw for Cancer Research UK.

Our members generously donated their “slimmed out” clothes, dropping them off at our donation stations at Asda Hereford and Iceland Food Warehouse Hereford. The response has been nothing short of inspiring!

✨ 356 purple bags collected
✨ Each bag worth approximately £25–£30
✨ Around £10,000 raised when including Gift Aid

This is what community spirit looks like — supporting each other on our journeys while making a real difference to an incredible cause.
