A little life & business update 💫

This March I begin studying acupuncture,
a 3-year journey that I’m so excited (and a little nervous!) to start.

To support this, I’ll be gently refreshing my business: slowing down my calendar, refining my treatments and updating my prices so I can learn, grow and show up fully for each and every client.

Being a therapist has never just been a job for me — it’s my calling, my passion, and the space where I get to hold, listen, and care.

I’m forever grateful for every single client who’s trusted me with their body and their stories.

I got my very own TREATMENT ROOM 🥹

After almost 4 years of working out of my front room and mobile (still doing mobile ☺️) we built onto the house so I have my own space 🙌🏼

Thank you to each and every client supporting me and going through all the emotions of what tile and style to choose. So much harder when you doing it from scratch (well for me it was 🤪 to many choices)
Especially , and Rob Booton thank you for all your ideas and help to make it a space to relax and have a break from the “real” world. 😘

Then my husband! thank you for always being in my corner and believing in me. We did it! Love you and Love my new space 🫶🏼✨

Whoooohooooo!!! I am now a fully certified oncology massage therapist 🙌🏼

When I studied massage in 2005 you were taught not to touch anyone with cancer as you can cause other complications .
Since then there has been LOTS of studies that this is not the case but actually bodywork can improve effectiveness of medication and other medical procedures it can also decrease anxiety/depression and most importantly calm the nervous system and enhance wellbeing. These are just some of the benefits.

This qualification has given me the skills that enable me to help anyone with cancer, no matter what stage they are going through, by adapting the treatment to the safety and comfort of each client ✨🙌🏼
