Does reproductive reflexology actually work?

That's a fair question, to answer that we are sharing an update from one of our newly trained members:

"I woke up to my 3rd positive pregnancy test this morning. I’ve worked with 4 fertility clients since March and 3 of them have fallen pregnant. I absolutely love the work I’m doing and after a fab menopause training course with Barbara yesterday I can’t wait to get started with my perimenopausal, menopausal and post menopausal clients! Thank you for all of your help, support and advice ❤️"

So there you go, proof with 3 out of 4 clients becoming pregnant. This isn't a one off either. We regularly hear from our members that their clients have become pregnant.

🌿 I know this is something I would love (maybe I’m biased as I obviously do reflexology because I love it!!) but I can’t think of any Mother who wouldn’t love an hour to herself whilst having a deeply nurturing foot reflexology session 🌿

🥰 I’m loving finding out more about lavender. It’s one of those oils I found a bit ‘boring’ before ! But I had no idea it was an anti oxidant! I’ve been using it before bed too and it’s really helped me 😴

Lavender EO cultivated in Morocco (31.8% linalyl acetate, 16.6% linalool) exhibited strong antioxidant activity in the DPPH, ABTS, and FRAP assays. The EO significantly inhibited alpha-amylase and alpha-glucosidase, suggesting it can balance blood sugar by reducing the breakdown of carbs into sugar. Lavender EO also inhibited tyrosinase (skin brightening) and AChE (neuroprotective). Lastly, the oil also showed potent antibacterial effects against gram-positive bacteria. These findings suggest lavender EO is a promising natural solution for blood sugar balance, skin health, bacterial infections, and cognition.
