Back-to-school season can be exciting… but for children with ARFID, it can also bring unique challenges.

ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) isn’t picky eating. It’s a recognised eating disorder where fears, sensory sensitivities, or past negative experiences with food can make eating extremely difficult.

With understanding and support, children with ARFID can thrive at school. Let’s start the new term with compassion and awareness 🩵
