Getting comfortable going to sleep and staying comfortable during sleeping can be tricky with central after stroke pain syndrome.. my way is sleeping on the unaffected side and put a semi soft pillow between your knees to keep the affected knee elevated from dropping on to the mattress. This position all night can make your unaffected hip ache, so try to roll onto your back a couple of times during the night if you wake up. I also have a pillow under my affected arm as if I'm cuddling the pillow, which helps keep my arm elevated... try it and see if it helps 😴
