I have lots of new followers/ likes on my page so here is a little reminder of what we do at Small Help Care.

I am happy to help to support you and/or your loved ones with the 'Small things' which are sometimes the important things.

This can include:-
💜 Household chores
💜 Meal/ drink preparation to monitor nutrition and hydration needs.
💜 Welfare checks
💜 Social support into the community
💜 Companionship visits within your home
💜 Shopping or prescription collection
💜 Sit ins, whilst carer goes out.

I will happily complete a free face to face assessment, where I can assess your needs and we can create a unique plan just for you or your loved ones.
