E C L I P S E R E F L E C T I O N S
Well what can I say 😅 How’s everyone feeling after the intensity of eclipse season?

I feel like I’ve closed out a lot of loops over the past few weeks - particularly when it comes to working with all kinds of grief in my life and lineage. Most of the heavy fog has now lifted and I can breathe a sigh of relief. Lots more clearing, releasing and letting go (wow, hasn’t 2025 been a lot?!) A great deal of space has now been created and I’m super ready to receive, to allow the light to slowly and gently filter through the cracks to all of the waiting empty spaces.

I’ll admit I’ve felt a little disconnected lately. I’m hearing the importance of really reconnecting with my physical body - not just through the typical movement and nutrition (though that’s important too). My body has been through a lot the last few years with health issues, injuries, pregnancy and postpartum - I want to take the time now, to thank it for all it has carried for me and treat it in a way that shows appreciation, compassion, love and care.

I’m inspired to work over the coming weeks to return to myself and in many ways, use my physical body as a form of altar space, a way of honouring, connecting and setting intentions. Through authentic self expression, adornment, pleasure, nourishment, indulgence and rest.

N A T U R E
A few snaps from my walk this afternoon.

My first time getting out and about in nature since breaking my ankle at the beginning of August (more on that later).

I was pleasantly surprised to see so much pink in amongst the greens and reds.

And lots of fluffy white feathers 🪽

It’s time!

I set intentions earlier this year to step into my power with confidence and to refine my practice so that I can share the gift of healing and transformation with others.

So much clearing, releasing, softening and surrender has gone on behind the scenes this year.

I have been learning to trust.
Trust my path.
Trust the timing.
Trust myself.

Everything I’ve been through in my life has been leading me to this moment.

And now, I’m standing strong - in my full power and my full knowing. The path ahead is super clear, and I am so ready to welcome you all to this space of healing I am opening!

A U T U M N
Autumn is one my favourite times of year. We’re almost at the equinox now, when things are at the midpoint, in balance, in harmony - there are no harsh extremes here. I welcome with gratitude the changing of the seasons and the deep rest this half of the year encourages as we move towards Winter. As the trees let go of their leaves and grow strong roots under the soil, animals hibernate and seeds germinate newness, so do we.

Following the seasons with nature as our teacher, this time of year is the perfect time to step in and embrace healing work.
