A longer watch if you're interested in the healing property of honey and the difference between supermarket honey and genuine raw honey from. Happy bees.

I use cold extraction on any honey I take, and only take a very small percentage of the bees honey leaving them the rest for winter.

I filter and process by hand and store in glass, never plastic. My bees were lucky enough to live in a very diverse habitat with a wide range of wild flowers and tree pollen including Linden.

Eating a healthy breakfast is key for me because it means no matter how the day goes I have had at least one healthy meal full of protein, fiber and immunity supporting goodness from my natural raw honey.
