All on the Board posted about Gynaecological cancers today. I misread it as genealogical then remembered a relative had passed as a result of this.

Spirit work in strange ways to let you know they are around. The bouquet I got yesterday also contained flowers I connect to her.

There is a lot of worry in the world at the moment. There are some worries you can fix and others you can't. Instead of taking a deep breath and opening the bill or trying to accept uncertainty is normal. People are focusing on the wrong things. Are you reacting to a real threat or to panic and misinformation? Are you scared of testing your faith by digging deeper? Are you over thinking? Deal with your worries not everyone else's and keep things manageable and ask for help if you need it.

We believe in the continuous life of spirit. A circle of birth life rebirth. That doesn't mean we do not suffer the absence of a loved one. It doesn't mean we cope any better. In fact we may see many more signs that they are around and that can reopen the floodgates and pain. This 7 7 portal is about letting go what no longer serves ancestrally and now and for your descendants. Grief shows us we have loved and been loved. Sometimes however it is not so simple. Send your healing thoughts backwards and forwards through the generations. For many reasons there maybe be guilt. There may be a loss that was not mourned properly. A loss never confirmed. Illness passed on. A burden too much to bear. Accidents and arguments. Breakdowns in communication.
Sit in the silence and tell your ancestors known and unknown that they are loved and remembered and that you forgive them so they can forgive themselves.
