In our dreams we sift through the issues and experiences of our everyday, they make no sense because they are the junk drawer of the everyday worries and random bits of life.
Some dreams just feel different, more meaningful.
We can learn to recognise repeating patterns or themes in these. Using a dream diary and dream dictionary can help. If you dream of water and associate it with a particular emotion you can work on clearing that. If the dreams stop for a while but return what has happened to cause it. Identify that and the emotion it caused to resurface and deal with it.
We can be reminded perhaps that we aren't as non-judgemental as we think we are. Last night I dreamt a scenario where I made an assumption because I was focused on me. The truth was pointed out in the dream and I felt guilty for being judgemental. So I will work on that.
We receive answers or visits from our loved ones in spirit too.
Sleep is often disturbed as we learn to work with vibrations. Keeping a note of these times can help you see if you are affected by the moon or solar storms or just by having lessons from spirit.
Sleep is needed for our physical bodies but is also useful for spirit. That gap between sleeping and waking is often a way in. Like meditating it is an in-between state. So likewise don't beat yourself up for falling asleep in a meditation, maybe you did sleep or maybe you meditated but don't need that bit of information yet.
