Holistic therapy practice in Hertford based at Natural Health, Old Cross, Hertford SG14 1RB and mobile in Hertford and surrounding area.

I am a holistic therapist, with my own practice for 20 years, qualified in holistic massage, reflexology and Indian head massage. I believe these treatments can contribute to our overall well-being, supporting both our mind and body in functioning healthily. I have experience in working with clients of all ages, from teenagers to the elderly. Over the past ten years I have also worked with cancer and palliative care patients, many of whom find it hard to access complementary therapies in the mainstream sector. I have found this work to be extremely rewarding, being able to give support and comfort to those having an otherwise difficult time. I have also given treatments to family members caring for these patients. I am able to offer a range of options for the treatments I practise and these are detailed in the sections on each therapy. Our Story

I am a holistic therapist, with my own practice for 25 years, qualified in holistic massage, reflexology, Reiki and Indian head massage. I believe these treatments can contribute to our overall well-being, supporting both our mind and body in functioning healthily. I have experience in working with clients of all ages, from teenagers to the elderly.
