They will talking about how to check your breasts, what to look out for, risk factors and what you can do from a nutritional and lifestyle perspective to reduce the risks and Sarah will be sharing her own personal journey and perspective too.

It will be a really informative and informal opportunity for an open conversation and we really hope lots of you can join us.

Men are also very welcome as they can also develop breast cancer or may need to support a family member or friend at some point.
Tickets are £5 and all proceeds go to breast cancer charities.
