A big, huge and very warm welcome to you all.

After years of wondering:
‘What is happening to me?’
‘Why have I now got a monster-truck tyre around my what once was a waist?’
‘Why do I feel like I need WD40 on all of my joints and feel 20 years older?’
‘Why do I have to wring myself out and wash the bedding after an awful night of non-sleep?’
‘Why is that I cannot remember names, why I walked into a room or what I was talking about mid conversation?’
I could go on...

On my quest for knowledge, I stumbled upon a wonderful organisation called ‘Menopause Experts Group’. They are an accredited company with a panel of qualified and credible experts, and through completing my licenced and CPD Points education with them, I learned a lot.

I asked for help from my GP with more understanding and consequently now I feel much better. (‘If I knew then what I know now!’ as the saying goes, a bit like ‘Youth is wasted on the young!’)

I was inspired to learn more and more about Menopause and now as a fully licensed Menopause Champion and ambassador I am ready to help educate and support others; I really can’t wait.

I will be providing support through full-day workshops which will outline the whole educational journey that I have been on. I will also provide both one-to-one sessions and couples sessions. (Men should know this stuff too!). I will also be helping businesses on how they can support their staff.

I am finalising details on my first full-day workshop event on Saturday 2nd December and will be posting more on this very soon.
