REIKI; Difficult to describe & differs every time.

✨️A subtle tingle, like hairs moving on your skin
✨️A pulsation that waves through your body
✨️A shift I liken to the movement of a baby when pregnant!
✨️That comforting warmth that flows through the body like an internal hug

With Reiki it goes deeper, it spreads inside, filling you with warmth & flow.
It can give you chills, goosebumps, make your stomach churn.. That's the energy moving.
You may take a deep breath & sigh, yawn.. that's the body releasing what's been stuck.
Heat, Cold, Tingles, Pulsating, Laughter, Tears, emotions they are all entirely normal as you feel the energy flow within you.
Sometimes you may feel nothing at all.
But the Energy Flows, shifting & clearing.. making space & you will feel so much lighter & enlightened from it 💫
