Whether through physical placement on body, holding in your hands, or by simply being close to you ~ the stable frequencies unique to that particular crystal will interact with the less stable more fluctuating frequencies of your energy.

This process is known as 'Entrainment'.
Simply put ( cos the science of it all blows my mind a little too!)..
