ADHD isn’t something to be “fixed.”
It’s something to be understood.

They’re not bad.
They’re not undisciplined.
They’re not failing.

They’re a kid with a developing brain trying to survive a world that expects children to sit still, stay quiet, and be easy.

More discipline won’t fix a nervous system that’s already overwhelmed.
And your discomfort with neurodivergence doesn’t make it a behavior issue.

If a child struggling makes you uncomfortable,
that’s not a parenting failure on their part..
it’s something you need to sit with.
