A beautiful afternoon had recently with a creative group of W.I. ladies for an Aromatherapy Workshop!

We began by creating their own aromatherapy blends for Mood Rollerball perfumes after an insight into the properties of different essential oils.

We followed with a bit of creative fun making hanging car/wardrobe diffusers. They smelled and looked amazing!!🌷🌼🌻🥀

Hi, I hope the year is starting to unfold in a manageable way. Even if it isn't, I hope that you give yourself the grace and space to work with what you have, and stay healthy. And perhaps even have an ingenious idea or a nice surprise.

Hello, how are you?

It's been a while since I let you know what I've been up to. Well, I've been keeping some of your backs and necks stretched out Tunbridge Wells and Hever with deep tissue and hot stones.

I have been consulting others about sleep, anxiety and menopause, making bespoke Aromatherapy blends to help, and starting to give Aromatherapy Workshops!

I'm also really happy to announce that I am a regular Reflexologist at Knowle Grange Spa, Wadhurst on Thursdays. A beautiful, calm setting with pool and café 💗
