Walking and just being outside in general really helps you to ground your energy ✨️

Try getting outside in the sun (hoping there is some at this time of year) at least once per day. This will also help to set your circadian rhythm, which in turn helps you to regulate sleep 💤

It is the connection to the Divine Source and the silent acknowledgement that is heard. Grateful people are more content, less stressed and are more satisfied with thier lives and relationships. 🙏

Gratitude rhymes with "attitude" and when we bring both into spiritual alignment our healthy relationships become more harmonious, healthier and happier. 💜

Being grateful is the best insurance that more good things will come 🙏
