Starting September strong 💪🏻

Our brand new Postnatal reformer classes start the 9th Sep

The 45 minute classes are designed and planned to help your postnatal recovery, the classes will help to rebuild strength, reconnect with your core and improve posture. Whilst all the while bonding with your baby and making new Mummy friends.

At Onya we know the importance of community and that’s what we want to create with you new Mothers and Babies.

👶🏼 Babies in arms should be none mobile- for health and safety (prams, car seats or on mats)

👶🏼 6 week program

👶🏼Suitable for Mama’s who have been cleared by their Doctors at 8-12 weeks postpartum

WOW – almost a week since we opened the doors to Onya! 💫
I’ve been absolutely blown away by the support, love, and kind words from our local community and beyond. It’s been a long (and let’s be honest, slightly exhausting!) week — but above all, it’s been incredible.

Meeting so many new faces and seeing so many of you fall in love with Reformer Pilates already… it’s been awesome. 💛

Thank you to everyone who booked in to our classes over the weekend, popped in to say hi, purchased class packs, sent lovely messages and celebrated with us. Your support, encouragement and love is everything

If you couldn’t make it, pop in and say hi or book into a class with our incredible teachers this week.

An extra special thank you to our business community. All our other small local businesses who have listened, given hugs and been our biggest cheerleaders. We feel so lucky to be a part of this and to have made friends throughout this journey.
