WOW – almost a week since we opened the doors to Onya! 💫
I’ve been absolutely blown away by the support, love, and kind words from our local community and beyond. It’s been a long (and let’s be honest, slightly exhausting!) week — but above all, it’s been incredible.

Meeting so many new faces and seeing so many of you fall in love with Reformer Pilates already… it’s been awesome. 💛

Thank you to everyone who booked in to our classes over the weekend, popped in to say hi, purchased class packs, sent lovely messages and celebrated with us. Your support, encouragement and love is everything

If you couldn’t make it, pop in and say hi or book into a class with our incredible teachers this week.

An extra special thank you to our business community. All our other small local businesses who have listened, given hugs and been our biggest cheerleaders. We feel so lucky to be a part of this and to have made friends throughout this journey.

Our studio name ONYA is more than just a word. It’s a nod to movement, encouragement and everyday strength.

In Aussie slang, “Onya!” is short for “Good on you!” A little moment of praise. A small celebration. A way of saying you’re doing great, keep going.

That’s exactly the kind of energy we want in our studio. Whether you’re here to rebuild strength, move mindfully or just take a breath. ONYA is a place that meets you where you are and lifts you a little higher.
