I love running women's circles and even better I am always blown away with pride and admiration when women join me on retreat for a weekend of laughter, tears, movement, stillness and magic!

There is no feeling in the world like sitting around a fire with like minded women and feeling that shift of energy - its primal, its radical and its what the world needs more of right now. Its what WE need more of right now.

The Autumn of your cycle describes the time before your bleed, around day 20 onwards.

This where you can be quieter, less social, you want to withdraw and be still. You may find you can focus a little more, meditation starts to become easier. You can also feel lower in energy and need more sleep.

Ironically you might find that sleep is a little more disturbed and you wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious.

Autumn is my favourite season internally and externally. The call to let go and release what isnt working for you allows for deeper healing. How does autumn feel for you?

Tracking your cycle is a power tool to check in with your overall health.

A healthy cycle should be regular, no pain, natural flows on energy and minimal bloating. If you have PCOS, endometriosis, fybroids or menopausal symtoms these can all affect not only your cycle but your life.

Dont suffer in silence, reach out for help, there is so much you can do to help. Much of it free and easy!

What happens on retreat?

I am often surprised when someone asks me what do you DO on retreats - the answer is really simple....whatever you want to.

The retreats I run are open to all women (I do some mixed retreats too).

There will be yoga movement, somatics, meditation, healing therapies, maybe some coaching, massage, AMAZING food and of course time in nature.

My retreats are seasonal so activities will reflect the time of year, however you aren't forced to do anything. You can come and simply BE.

So the only question remains....when will you join me?
