Here's something that rarely gets talked about in wellness: scheduling is a healing act in itself.
When you put your healing sessions in the diary, fortnightly or monthly, you are sending your nervous system a message: I am worth consistent care. This is not a one-off. This is how I live now.
The nervous system responds to predictability. It begins to anticipate the space. To soften before you even arrive. The 12-session structure of the Path to Self Healing programme is not arbitrary. It creates:
