Here’s something a beautiful soul—my lovely 7-year-old patient—taught me with a simple act.

She first came to me with chesty issues and confidence struggles. I remember how shy she was during our first consultation—barely making eye contact.

Fast forward a few weeks… she not only opened up and chatted away, but also got a cold just once since we started working together.

She built this amazing little Lego structure from the box I keep in the clinic—and left a note carefully taped to it. It said:

“Hi, this is what I built. Welcome! Look—you can finish it…”

Telling the next child who visits:
“I’m building the base—you can carry it on.”

Isn’t that just beautiful? Leaving a thoughtful gesture for someone else.

A reminder that small acts of kindness and healing can ripple far beyond what we see.

Healing is a journey… and sometimes, we build the way for others too.
