Valerian Osteopathy is expanding, and we are seeking a friendly, motivated Associate Osteopath to join our clinic in the heart of Rochester High Street, Kent, starting from May/June 2026 onwards.

We have availability for:
• Tuesday mornings
• Friday mornings

With the potential to turn Tuesday into a full day.

This is a great opportunity for an osteopath looking to build a patient list at a supportive, well-established clinic.

About the clinic
Valerian Osteopathy offers patient-centred care combining:
• Structural and cranial osteopathy
• Sports injury treatment
• Rehabilitation and exercise advice
• Acupuncture / dry needling where appropriate

We treat a wide range of patients, including sports injuries, chronic pain, postural problems, pregnancy and paediatrics.

🎯 Desk workers – this one’s for you!
If you spend hours sitting, your posture, hips, and core take the hit — glutes switch off, hip flexors tighten, and your spine suffers.

Here’s a quick core + hip activation warm-up to keep your body switched on before (or during!) a long day at the desk 💪

1️⃣ Standing knee raises with band – fire up your psoas
2️⃣ Seated hip rotations (band above knees) – activate glutes in 3 positions
3️⃣ Kneeling psoas stretch – release tight hip flexors
4️⃣ Plank – 3 x 30s holds to wake up your core
