Congratulations to our joint Employees of the Month for June 2025, Steven and Betcy.
Steven was nominated for his "Positive interactions and engagement with residents and his professional relationship with individual residents he cares for" and his nominations were received from a resident living in the home and the Regional Director. Betcy was nominated by a Relative for "Her management of challenging situations and for keeping residents safe". Well done to both team members, and thank you for your continued hard work and commitment.

Good evening, relatives and friends,
This is just an advance notice that from 11th August for approximately 10 days the front car park will be inaccesible. This is due to us having all the garden paving removed and replaced to enable full access to the garden space for our residents and visitors.
We do have a rear car park that is accessible just off the ring road and would please ask that during the period of works that visitors use this area. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but the works being undertaken will be of huge benefit to residents living at the home. Please do come and speak to any member of the management team who will happily show you where the rear car park is situated and how to access this. Cromwell House will be having their Summer Fete on Saturday 30th August 2025 between 2pm and 4pm. We have a range of activities including a bouncy castle, face painting, Barbecue and snacks including popcorn and candyfloss and you can even pay for the opportunity of throwing a wet sponge at the manager in the stocks. We have a raffle which will also be drawn on the day, tickets can be purchased from the office. It will be a great afternoon of fun so please come along and join us! 😊

FROM THE TEAM ....
Well it has been a long long logggg day!!
Part of the road we were not able to walk due to a road closure and the A47 grass verge winding down to nothing… unfortunately we had to get an Uber. We have attached the image of the section in which we did not walk but had to drive… however on arrival to Yarmouth we continued to walk the sea front from one side to the other over and over until we reached the Step count and milage we should have completed! Glad to say we are finally done!!! 23:25pm swollen ankles, swollen knees and aches and pains but all worth it for Primrose and Cromwell house care homes. Thank you for all the positive messages and all the sponsors we are so unbelievably grateful for the support we have received!!!

The team are in Blofield. Feeling very tired now and hips, knees,and feet are aching but they have stopped for a cheeky McDonalds to refuel them for the remainder of the trip. Go Team!!! (Just for reference time of pic was 15.22) 😊

13 miles into Day three and the Team are at Cringledord. Looking forward to a little lay down in the grass after crossing the bridge!
