Can we please ask people to refrain from phoning the pharmacy as much as possible , we will text when the prescription is ready - please allow a week from request for this message and note Saturday and Sunday are not working days for the Dr . Each time we answer the phone and check on the progress of prescriptions it slows down the staff from processing the actual items . Thank you all for your attention in this matter it really helps us out , well pharmacy team 😀

We have had several customers today discover that their prescription was not in the pharmacy as it had been ordered early , if going on holiday and ordering medication earlier than normal please advise the doctors surgery the reason for the early request . Unfortunately we are unable to give emergency supplies of certain medications due to legal restrictions. Just a quick note to the surgery will prevent prescriptions not being issued .
