Over the last two years, our colleagues, patients and customers have come together to raise an incredible £173,000 for our charity partner, the MND Association.

This is an amazing achievement and a real reflection of the compassion and commitment that runs right through our business. The Motor Neurone Disease Association does life-changing work to support people living with motor neurone disease, from funding vital research to campaigning for better care and understanding. As a patient-led organisation, supporting those living with long-term conditions is at the heart of what we do, which is why this partnership has resonated so strongly with so many of our colleagues.

We are delighted to announce that from 12th January we will be welcoming James Drummond to the team as our regular Pharmacist, thank you to all of our customers who have supported the team since Forrest retired . We are all excited to welcome James and look forward to seeing everyone next year !

REMINDER - Well pharmacy Kincardine will be closed on Thursday 1st January and Friday 2nd January . Reopening on Saturday 3rd January , if you collect regular medication on a Thursday or Friday please collect on Wednesday 31st December .

Last day to collect prescriptions before Christmas , we are open as normal 9am -5.30pm .
We also have a range of now reduced Christmas gifts just incase you have left things to the last minute and can’t face the town. Again we would request that phone calls are kept to absolute emergencies only . We reopen on Saturday at 9am - 1pm so we are only closed the two days this week . Merry Christmas to everyone when it comes 🎅🏼

Three days until Christmas when the pharmacy and dr’s are closed for two days - if you have medication supplies until at least the second week in January please be assured the drs and pharmacy reopen next Monday for three days and then again on 5th January , you do not need to order your medication early unless you will be away from home when your medication is due to run out .
We have been exceptionally busy in branch due to the usual winter bugs and germs, we are happy to help with any questions and where we can offer the correct treatment either on prescription through pharmacy first or to sell the most appropriate product for the individual.
We also have a large number of prescriptions to process and dispense so we would AGAIN ask that people do not phone the pharmacy to either check on prescription progress , we will text you when it is ready or to attempt a consultation over the telephone - like a Dr our pharmacist needs to see patients to give an accurate diagnosis.
We appreciate everyone is busy and stressed at this time of year but please treat the staff with courtesy and kindness , everyone is here to help and deserves to get through their working day without any abuse or aggression.

Unfortunately we are not doing the Flu jab in well pharmacy at this time as we do not have a full time base pharmacist - please do not call the pharmacy regarding vaccinations .
