📢 Dispensary Update

Due to stock take, the dispensary will be closed from 4:00 PM on Thursday, 12th March.

You will still be able to collect prescriptions that are already ready for collection. If your prescription is ready, you should have received a confirmation text message informing you.

Please note:
❌ You will not be able to request prescriptions and wait for them to be dispensed during this time, unless you have been told otherwise.

✅ The dispensary will reopen and operate as normal from Friday, 13th March.

📢 A Quick Update from Our Dispensing Team

Due to staff sickness, the dispensary phone lines are closed today and the rest of this week (2nd - 6th march).

We are currently experiencing a temporary staff shortage in our dispensary department, and as a result, wait times may be a little longer than usual over the coming days.

If your enquiry is urgent, please leave a message with reception and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please know that our team is working hard to serve everyone as quickly and safely as possible. If you are visiting us, you may wish to plan ahead and allow a little extra time.
