AIM: Offering women, as early as 6 weeks post natal, exercise advice and mentoring to regain a strong core, start the process of rehabilitating diastasis recti, suggesting exercises to alleviate pelvic pain, and building a good pelvic floor.
STRUCTURE:
- Birth is a very personal experience and different for everyone, so the package would start with some paperwork to understand the individual’s experience both physically and mentally, and the impact on their post natal body.
- A 30 minute face to face session (with or without baby) to assess the physical needs and level of the new mother.
- 4 weeks of different exercises tailored to the client with a 15-20 minute zoom each week to discuss issues, concerns and to differentiate the exercises further, with the aim of empowering the client with an understanding of how to regain the strength that can be lost after birth.
