Thank you to all the lovely souls who came for sound baths today . It's been a joy meeting you all.

Today we had a wonderful mix of new people and returners, with a few receiving a sound bath for the first time.

I am very humbled to be able to share the experience with you.

January joy on a cold, wet winter's day sometimes looks like this. A basket of winter chanterelles from one of my foraging spots when I could have easily just stayed in today. Thankfully the dog is always there to make sure I get out even just for a short walk... and I'm truly grateful. 🙏

Nature reminds us to tune in to our needs. To look closer, be more present, breathe more deeply, go off the beaten well trodden paths to find the best gifts, and make healthy choices about how we choose to regulate our nervous systems.

Sound Baths or forest paths - the medicine is the same.

Nature is therapy. Deep rest is a reset. There is quietening of the mind in the stillness of both. Tuning in to our needs is self-care.

🌟 Winter Solstice Sound Bath 🌟

❄️Embrace the magic of the winter solstice with me! 

Join me Laura from to celebrate the longest night of the year for a soothing hour of deep rest and renewal at the wonderful Calmer Heart in Banbury.

A moment to pause, reflect and realign before the light returns. 

Let the vibrational frequencies of sound relax and recalibrate you on a cellular level, with crystal singing bowls, shamanic drumming, gongs, ocean drum, and  chimes.

will be open before the group sound bath starts so come along early and shop for crystals, and other spiritual tools and last minute gifts for Christmas.

🌙DATE: Sunday, December 21st 
🕒TIME: 3pm - 4pm

*£20 energy exchange will reserve and secure your spot, spaces are limited.

I also have 2 appointments available for private 1 to 1 soundbaths on the day at 11am and 1pm.   Choose from either:

*£25 for a half hour sound bath slot

*£45 for an hour sound bath 

There need to bring anything, other than a water bottle to stay hydrated and wear comfy clothes. No previous experience of sound baths is necessary.  Blankets and cushions are provided. I have spare yoga mats if you don't want to bring your own. You may want to bring an eye mask.

Honestly, I don't know about anyone else and how you are all feeling at the moment, but staying in the light in our increasingly broken world has felt even more challenging recently, and social media isn't a place I've wanted to connect with much recently. It can be a force for great good and humanity, or a force for darkness, division and hatred, with an algorithm showing different people completely alternate realities in their feeds. Taking myself off deep into nature, and my sound practice are always the two places my monkey mind and heavy heart will find solace and stillness in without fail. I am grateful to have a roof over my head and food on my plate. What are you grateful for today?
