Still looking for some volunteers for reflexology treatments.
If you have already told me yes I have you on my list and will be in touch.
Ideally, I am looking for a few people that can commit to 6 weekly sessions.

I’m looking for reflexology practice clients ✨

As part of my reflexology training, I’ll be needing volunteers to come in for treatments starting next week.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy that works on different organs and systems in the body through reflex points in the feet. It is a relaxing, non-invasive treatment that aims to help bring the body back into balance.

Many people find reflexology helpful for:
• Digestive issues
• Supporting the lymphatic system
• Relaxation and stress relief
• General health and wellbeing

If you would be happy to let me practise on you, I would be very grateful.

Ideally, clients would be able to attend the college clinic in Huddersfield town centre on Wednesdays.

However, if that isn’t possible I can look at arranging alternative times or locations.

So, what have I been up to recently…

I’ve had some much needed time off and space over the last few weeks — something I didn’t realise quite how much I needed.

Over the past 12 months, I’ve been navigating the process of letting go of a business that no longer serves me, whilst building my new wellbeing brand alongside it.

And in between all of that, I’ve been doing the deeper work — focusing on my own health, my wellbeing, and finding more balance in my day-to-day life.

My previous business took a lot from me. I was constantly juggling different roles, giving so much of my time and energy that I often felt completely depleted.

Towards the end, I felt trapped. My mood was affected more than I realised at the time, and I struggled to see a way out.

With this new chapter, I knew things had to be different.

Through everything I’ve learned on my healing journey, I’ve realised how important it is for me to have time each day to feel grounded.

I’m no longer willing to push myself to my limits or abandon my own needs in order to fulfil old patterns of overachieving.

As much as I feel excited to create my new business, my main focus right now is finding my own rhythm — learning what truly works best for me, without pressure, allowing things to unfold naturally.

I want to build something that feels aligned — not something that costs me my wellbeing.

I know I won’t be the only one who’s felt this way — constantly giving, pushing, and trying to keep everything going, whilst quietly feeling depleted underneath it all.

If you’re in that space right now, just know it’s okay to pause… to reassess… and to choose a way that actually aligns with your needs.

That’s what we do here at Rainbow Truth - support people in finding their own rhythm, their own pace, and a way to feel truly grounded in their lives.

Things I understand about anxiety…

*Most of my friends and people I know struggle with it in some way.

*It’s spoken about a lot now… but I actually think that’s led to less compassion, not more.

*It gets brushed off like it’s something minor, when in reality it can feel completely debilitating.

*It’s not just “feeling a bit stressed” — it can take over your body, your thoughts, your whole day.

*People use anxiety as an umbrella term for a lot of different feelings.

*I’ve noticed someone might say they’re anxious…
but underneath that could be overwhelm, pressure, frustration, sadness, or just pure exhaustion.

*It all gets bundled into one word, and we lose the understanding of what’s actually going on.

*I think a lack of empathy has a lot to do with that.
So people keep it vague.

*They test the waters…
Saying “I feel anxious” feels easier than being fully vulnerable.

*Because deep down, a lot of people don’t feel understood… or feel like anyone really cares.

*So they close off.
They keep it surface level.
And end up feeling even more isolated.

*The truth is, people are craving connection and vulnerability…
but don’t always feel safe enough to express it.

I’m seeing this a lot lately… and feeling it too.

Sometimes the real work is about slowing down and getting honest about what’s underneath it all 🩷💛

Feeling a lot today.

Anxiety and overwhelm is a killer if I’m honest.

I’ve been slowing down more recently, trying to find balance… but the truth is, when you slow down, you come face to face with everything you’ve been avoiding.

And that’s not always easy.

The to do list is going to have to wait (even though that brings its own anxiety 😬).

But I know I need to listen to myself today instead of pushing through it.

Jamas on. Feet up.

I’ve been seeing this come up a lot with the women I work with lately — so if you’re feeling it too, you’re really not alone in this.

I caught myself wondering if I’m doing enough with my content and posting …

And then I realised—what I’m doing is enough.
It feels authentic. It feels natural. And that’s what matters most.

I’m choosing to trust that being real will always connect more than trying to be perfect. ✨
