Hi Everyone,
Sound meditation is a mindfulness practice that uses sounds, such as Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, rain sticks and many other instruments as well as nature/
relaxing sounds to promote relaxation and enhance the meditative experience. I currently have Tibetan singing bowls, a rain stick, chimes and a small rattle. As you listen to each instrument try to focus on the sound and let your thoughts go. This can be difficult sometimes but completely normal, all we can do is try our best each time we attend. Even if your mind doesn't rest your body should feel more relaxed as the vibrations from the bowls and other instruments wash over you.
I am holding two more sound meditation evenings soon. One on Wednesday 18th March 2026 and one on Wednesday 1st April 2026 at the Hillsborough Village Centre. If you would like to book please send me a message via the page or email sylvansouls@outlook.com. Some spaces are already filled for the 1st April so thank you to those that have booked 🥰 Have a lovely evening everyone and I look forward to seeing you all, Natalie ☺️
